IP Surveillance/CCTV Equipment Maintenance

Monthly and Annual Maintenance Inspections – Firm fixed price for the term of the agreement that includes equipment programming and adjustments during inspection. Annual assessment of security requirements that includes a detailed report and recommendations.

Preventative Maintenance – One visit per quarter.Liona Enterprises performs prescheduled service all for the purpose of conducting routine preventative maintenance and to check the general operation of IP Surveillance/CCTV equipment. At a minimum, Liona Enterprises will perform the following tasks:

  • Full system inspection and testing that includes a visual inspection of all major CCTV components for signs of problems.
  • Full camera, VMS, and video analytics inspection.
  • Upgrade equipment firmware and order/replace equipment as needed.
  • Perform testing, adjustments, and configurations on surveillance equipment as required for optimum performance.
  • Dust and clean surfaces of all rack equipment.
  • Identify and repair any faulty connections in the system and correct other operating conditions that are not within industry standards.
  • Software upgrades and minor repairs.
  • Complete and document preventative maintenance report including recommendations for any additional services and upgrades.
  • Full monitor inspection checking physical condition and cable connections as well as operation of controls.
  • Full video/DVR inspection.

Audio Visual Equipment Maintenance

Emergency Maintenance – One hour call-back, on-site visit, one business day after call.

Preventative Maintenance – Two visits per room/per year. Liona Enterprises will perform pre-scheduled service for the purpose of conducting routine preventative maintenance and to check the general operation of equipment. At a minimum, Liona Enterprises will perform the following tasks:

  • Perform a detailed inspection of video equipment and system components.
  • Full test of AV capabilities.
  • Upgrade equipment firmware as needed.
  • Order/replace equipment as needed.
  • Perform testing and adjustments on projection equipment as required for optimum image quality.
  • Dust and clean surfaces of all rack equipment.
  • Identify and repair any faulty wiring or connections in the system and correct other operating conditions that are not within industry standards.
  • Software upgrades.
  • Perform minor repairs.
  • Complete and document preventative maintenance report and include recommendations for any additional services and upgrades.

Data Classification Technical Assessment

The Liona Data Classification Technical Assessment provides
the following:

  • Current and ideal state of the customer’s data classification and data loss prevention program.
  • Insight into data aging, access patterns, and true data ownership based on these patterns.
  • Where sensitive data is being stored, what permissions surround this data, and who is accessing it.
