Michelle Morales-Denisoff


Michelle is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Liona Enterprises Inc. She started the company in January of 2015 and is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission of the company. Michelle actively works with the board and other management within Liona to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.

Her past experience includes employment at Impex Technologies and VectorUSA. Because of these experiences, she is proficient in managing and coordinating teams responsible for installation of IT network, support services, and IT systems integration for various government projects. Her expertise also includes program oversight and management of State, Local, and Federal contracts such as GSA schedules, GWACS, IDIQ and California State contracts. In addition, she is also an expert in leading the acquisition process effort for business opportunities of high complexity and/or strategic importance and managing the RFP and contract documents and other pertinent information for clients.

In 2001, Michelle graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. She received her Masters in Business Administration in Global Management from Pepperdine University. Through the University of Oxford, she is certified in Global Management and through Dartmouth College, she is certified in Building a High Performance Minority Business.


Randall C. Fay

Program Manager/SME for Liona AV/VTC Services

Randall is the Program Manager and SME for Liona AV and VTC Services. He provides leadership and management oversight for Liona’s AV/VTC projects. He is responsible for providing internal and subcontractor personnel management to ensure client deliverables are met. In addition, Randall is in charge of providing support for customer requests on site including project status updates, risk mitigation, and problem resolution. As an AV/VTC expert Randall works collaboratively with customer, designers, techs, partners, and other project related resources and provides technical assistance in the design, installation, and maintenance of AV/VTC systems.

His past experiences include employment at Corey Consulting services, LLC, Riptide Software Inc, General Dynamics Information Technology, Applied Global Technologies, and Webconsuls, LLC. Through these experiences, Randall has gained an expertise in the programming, design and integration of audio video systems to meet specific customer requirements. He has expert knowledge of wired and wireless computer networks, encryption security, remote access, and management. He has a plethora of experience working efficiently while under high pressure in order to meet strict deadlines. He has experience being a team leader, collaborating, working independently, and as a trainer in a professional environment.

In December of 2004, Randall graduated from the College of Communication and Information at Florida State University. There, he received a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. Notable certifications include the successful completion of AMX ACE (AMX Certified Expert), InfoComm International Certified Technical Specialists (CTS), and Crestron.


Max Aulakh

Chief Security Officer

Max is the Chief Information Security at Liona. His role includes serving as a CISO for a publicly traded company and several small business to develop corporate governance and compliance key metrics. He gives advice to board members, business owners, and external customers on cyber security risk management initiatives, governance and compliance requirement delivery. In addition, he actively coaches, leads, and manages 15 team members to delivery cyber security capabilities including security operations, engineering and architecture, and Governance Risk and Compliance team. He is responsible for the overall management of P&L, R&D, and Security Budget of MAFAZO $4 million to $5 million per year; this allows him to road map and build the budget for annual capex and opex security costs. Overall, Max develops, implements, and executes enterprise wide security policies, enterprise risk managements, and holistically integrates security within the customer’s organization.

His past experiences include employment at The CENTECH Group, Wyle Information Systems/WPAFB, and the U.S. Air Force. Because of his experiences, he is skilled in the fields of Security Governance, Risk Management, Regulations & Compliance, and overseeing large-scale and complex enterprise initiatives.

Max graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Systems from American Military University. In 2013, he received his MBA in Management, Innovation, and Change from Wright State University. Notable certifications include: ISC Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 Certified Security+, Linux+, Network+, Server, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum Alliance, ISO 17020: 2012 Assessor Certification.
