I started working for Liona in April of 2020. As the Services Manager, I develop, define, manage, and support both service level agreements (SLAs) and operation level agreements (OLAs) where service or maintenance support is requested. Additionally, I monitor service/maintenance contracts period of performance, notify customers of lapsing contracts and encourage renewal of contracts, and any additional operations required to fulfill these services. Outside of work, my favorite hobby is pinball. I like playing casually by myself, with friends, or competing in tournaments.
