About Michelle Denisoff…

Michelle is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Liona Enterprises Inc. She started the company in January of 2015 and is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission of the company. Michelle actively works with the board and other management within Liona to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.

Her past experience includes employment at Impex Technologies and VectorUSA. Due to these experiences, she is proficient in managing and coordinating teams responsible for installation of IT network, support services, and IT systems integration for various government projects. Her expertise also includes program oversight and management of State, Local, and Federal contracts such as GSA schedules, GWACS, IDIQ and California State contracts. In addition, she is also an expert in leading the acquisition process effort for business opportunities of high complexity and/or strategic importance and managing the RFP and contract documents and other pertinent information for clients.

In 2001, Michelle graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. She received her Masters in Business Administration in Global Management from Pepperdine University. Through the University of Oxford, she is certified in Global Management and through Dartmouth College, she is certified in Building a High Performance Minority Business.
