Audio Visual Equipment Maintenance
Emergency Maintenance – One hour call-back, on-site visit, one business day after call.
Preventative Maintenance – Liona Enterprises will perform pre-scheduled service for the purpose of conducting routine preventative maintenance and to check the general operation of equipment. At a minimum, Liona Enterprises will perform the following tasks:
Perform a detailed inspection of video equipment and system components.
Full test of AV capabilities.
Upgrade equipment firmware as needed.
Order/replace equipment as needed.
Perform testing and adjustments on projection equipment as required for optimum image quality.
Dust and clean surfaces of all rack equipment.
Identify and repair any faulty wiring or connections in the system and correct other operating conditions that are not within industry standards.
Software upgrades.
Perform minor repairs.
Complete and document preventative maintenance report and include recommendations for any additional services and upgrades.
