Patty Hellmann

Patty Hellmann serves as Director of People and Administrative Services at Liona. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Drawing on more than 30 years of administrative experience with organizations including Mosler Safe, Parsons Brinckerhoff, and Kao USA, she provides strategic leadership for the day-to-day operations that keep Liona running smoothly.

While her children were young, Patty taught preschool so she could be home when they were. As it turns out, managing a classroom full of little personalities was excellent preparation for finding solutions that work for just about everyone! Through her focus on service, efficiency, and collaboration, Patty helps foster a supportive environment where Team Liona can thrive.

Based in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, Patty enjoys life with her husband of 32 years and their Bernedoodle, Ziva. Their son and daughter have both left the nest and proudly serve in the Kentucky National Guard. When she isn’t keeping things running smoothly at Liona, Patty and her husband can often be found helping others renovate their homes, exploring Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky’s restaurant scene, or enjoying time with family and friends. And when the projects, dinner plans, and dog permit, she happily escapes into a good book!
