Liona Enterprises has been awarded the GSA 8(a) STARS III Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) as a Prime Contractor.

The 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract vehicle for certified Small Business Administration 8(a) prime contractors that provide IT services and IT service-based solutions, including emerging technologies inside and outside of the continental United States (CONUS).

STARS III is an Office Management and Budget approved, Best-in-Class GWAC with a $50 billion ceiling with a five-year base through July 1, 2026, and a three-year option until July 1, 2029. Liona Enterprises has been awarded this contract vehicles due to our technical portfolio of solutions and competitive edge. The STARS III contract vehicle allows for Federal Government buyers to procure services directly under the 8(a) competitive threshold, saving the agencies both time and money by:
