With over 20 years of experience serving the Federal Government, State and Local agencies, and the Education sector, Caesar brings a wealth of knowledge in delivering comprehensive, innovative solutions. His expertise spans contracts like Texas DIR, GSA, NASA SEWP, NASPO, DC Government, and Ohio State Term Schedule, leading teams with a focus on partnering, ethics, security, and government requirements.

Previously, Caesar held leadership roles at Iron Bow Technologies, Four Points Technology, and Avid Systems, where he managed programs and spearheaded sales teams across the public sector. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of North Carolina Central University with a B.S. in Physics, he is proud to call San Antonio, Texas, home, where he is dedicated to enhancing lives through technology.
