The 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract vehicle for certified Small Business Administration 8(a) prime contractors that provide IT services and IT service-based solutions, including emerging technologies. STARS III is an Office Management and Budget approved, Best-in-Class GWAC with a $50 billion ceiling with a five-year base through July 1, 2026, and a three-year option until July 1, 2029.
