Calvin is the Director of Audiovisual and Video Teleconference Solutions at Liona. His role includes managing and providing direct supervision to all of Liona’s technical staff and subcontractor partners. In addition, he provides on all aspects of AV/VTC operations to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. Calvin also serves as the Program Manager and SME for Liona AV and VTC Services. He provides leadership and management oversight for Liona’s AV/VTC projects. He is responsible for providing internal and subcontractor personnel management to ensure client deliverables are met. In addition, Calvin is in charge of providing support for customer requests on site including project status updates, risk mitigation, and problem resolution. As an AV/VTC expert Calvin works collaboratively with customer, designers, techs, partners, and other project related resources and provides technical assistance in the design, installation, and maintenance of AV/VTC systems.
