Michelle is the founder and CEO of Liona Enterprises Inc., where she provides strategic leadership, overseeing all operations to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and mission. Michelle collaborates closely with the board and management to establish long-term strategies and policies for Liona’s continued growth.

Her previous roles at Impex Technologies and VectorUSA have made her proficient in managing teams responsible for IT network installations, support services, and systems integration for government projects. Michelle’s expertise includes overseeing State, Local, and Federal contracts, such as GSA schedules and IDIQs, as well as leading complex acquisitions and managing RFPs.

Michelle holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA in Global Management from Pepperdine University. She is also certified in Global Management from the University of Oxford and in Building a High-Performance Minority Business from Dartmouth College.
